At Shop Stevie, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of initiating the request.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue your Shop Stevie store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
